FAQs
Return Policy:
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you need a ring resized due to an initial sizing error, we’re happy to help. Please request resizing within 14 days of delivery. Keep in mind that resizing a ring larger may create a small gap, and going smaller will have an under lap at the joint as each ring is custom-made to your size. Just send me an email, and we’ll work out a solution.
How Sizing Works:
Ring sizes are unisex. Provide your size, and I’ll craft the ring to fit you perfectly. The most popular size is 7. If your ring doesn’t fit, email me, and I’ll assist with resizing. For guidance on measuring your finger at home, check out this video: How to Measure Your Finger.
Why No Half Sizes?
Creating half sizes is a complex process that’s difficult to achieve accurately. If you’re a half size, I recommend ordering the size just below (e.g., if you’re a 7.5, order a 7).
Where Do You Find the Spoons?
I hunt for spoons everywhere—from thrift stores and kitchen shops to markets and countryside merchants. It’s an exciting treasure hunt, and you never know what unique finds you’ll come across. 90% of my Collectable spoons come from overseas, mainly Europe and America
Production Time:
Each ring takes about 2-5 days to make and ship depending on how busy i am. I handle all aspects of production, from crafting to shipping, making it a full-time commitment to ensure timely delivery.
Pictures of Rings:
Since rings are custom-made to your size, I can’t provide previews before your order. However, I regularly share customer photos on my Instagram stories and a “look book” to help you visualize from previous desgins.
Shipping Time:
Orders take 2-5 days to be made and shipped. Standard shipping generally takes 2-10 days, while express shipping ranges from 1-5 days. International shipping can take 6-28 days, also subject to delays.
Do the Rings Turn Your Finger Green?
No, the rings typically do not turn your finger green. They are made from silver, stainless steel, and silver-plated materials, which are generally resistant to causing discoloration.
Are All Rings Different?
Most rings in each collection are one-of-a-kind, with only one available. Others may have 2-8+ pieces, depending on what I find. Each ring is unique and varies based on availability.
